Catalan Lobster


Ingredients: 1 lobster
(200 grams per person)

2 tomatoes 1 onion head
oil and salt to taste 1 lemon



Preparation: Boil the crustacean
possibly live in plenty of water boiling. The timing depends on the size of the animal, between 20 and 30 minutes. Let cool and cut in half along with a lobster shears, then into smaller pieces. Mix the pieces with the onions and tomatoes in the meantime you have cleaned and shredded. Season with plenty of extra virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
