Ingredients 1 octopus, weighing about 1 kg;
oil
vinegar 1 bunch of parsley
;
1 clove of garlic salt







Cook the octopus in a large salted water and boil for an hour and a half (or in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes). Drain the octopus and let it cool. Cut the tentacles into small pieces, cut into strips and discard the head and eyes with the ink sac. Put the pieces into a salad.
